The Five-0 Foundation is the charitable arm of FOP Lodge 50 — a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping law-enforcement families, supporting community outreach, and funding youth programs throughout Palm Beach County. Every dollar raised stays right here in our community — providing scholarships for students, emergency assistance for families of fallen or injured officers, and sponsoring public-safety events that bring people and police together. Together, we make an impact beyond the badge.

The Five-0 Foundation operates as the public-facing charitable arm of FOP Jim Fogleman Lodge 50 Foundation Inc. Our legal name is used for IRS filings, compliance, and donor tax documentation. The Five-0 Foundation name is our community and program identity. The Foundation is administered by a volunteer, uncompensated Board of Directors. We are a 501(C)3, Florida Not for Profit Corporation that is supported by donations. FEIN 83-1888892  

All proceeds benefit programs managed by the Foundation’s volunteer board. No administrative salaries are paid — every contribution directly supports those we serve. Your support turns compassion into action. Whether you give, volunteer, or sponsor an event, you become part of a growing circle of people who believe in service, family, and community. We support many projects and activities designed to foster community involvement as well as help families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Some of these programs include providing clothing for homeless veterans, disaster relief, the Florida State Law Enforcement Officers’ Memorial, educational programs, critical incident programs, and scholarship opportunities for FOP Lodge 50 members' children and grandchildren.
