Five-0 Foundation – 2025 Year-End Highlights

As we close out 2025, the Five-0 Foundation thanks our donors, partners, and supporters who made mission-focused giving possible throughout the year.

The Five-0 Foundation is a grantmaking 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We fulfill our mission by providing financial support to qualified charitable partners that deliver direct care, assistance, and opportunity to those who serve and the communities they protect.

In 2025, the Five-0 Foundation provided charitable support to qualified nonprofit organizations including:

• Palm Beach County Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation (LEAF)

• Team South Florida

• The 9463 Foundation

• American Federation of Police Hall of Fame

• American Federation of Police and Concerned Citizens

• The Friends of Fisher House

• Vetsville Ceasefire House

• Florida Tour de Force

• Florida State FOP Memorial Foundation — supporting families of fallen officers during the annual memorial event

• 2025 Five-0 Scholarship Award Recipients (eligible children and grandchildren of FOP Lodge 50 members)

Stewardship & Transparency

The Five-0 Foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors that serves without compensation. Donations are stewarded responsibly and used to support charitable purposes through mission-aligned grantmaking and partner funding.

Looking Ahead

In 2026, we will continue expanding mission-aligned partnerships and strengthening charitable support for public safety, veterans, children’s health, education, and community well-being.
